Refund policy

We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Any items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
• We reserve the right to deny a return if the conditions are not met.
Return Process:
1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions via email.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
4. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the return package.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.
6. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refunds:
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
• We can not accept returns for items that are custom-made, personalized, or on sale.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
